Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all GuardianDesigns tags attached to ensure they remain in mint, sellable condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the return at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
